With N1.5b In His Account, Maina’s 7y.o Son Is Nigeria’s Youngest Billionaire!

Young Faisal Abdullahi, seven-year-old son of the former chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Pension Reform Team, Abdulrasheed Maina, is the youngest billionaire in Nigeria!

This Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC], Mr Ibrahim Magu had disclosed that a whopping N1.5 billion was found in a bank account belonging to the 7 years old.

EFCC boss, Magu made the revelation during the House of Representatives Ad hoc Committee hearing investigating the disappearance, reappearance, and reinstatement of Abdulrasheed Maina.

With that revelation, Faisal is the youngest billionaire in Nigeria!

This was the same Maina that was reinstated by the President Muhammadu Buhari-led federal government after he was declared wanted by EFCC for stealing billions of Naira recovered by the Task Force he headed.

Recall that FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION is one of the cardinal factors of the then General Muhammadu Buhari’s campaign promises!

It can also be recalled that in a recent video aired by Channels TV, fugitive Maina had dared Buhari to grant him audience so he will expose multi-trillion Naira fraud going on right under his nose.

According to the video, Maina said: “I will show you trillions, trillions & trillions stolen by your so-called saint you appointed to work with you, just like I showed you before.”

Maina, by implication, was saying that he had previously exposed some rot in the President Buhari’s administration but he failed to act upon it.

Nigerians, in the latest episode, have been wondering why Buhari is hesitating to allow him to blow the lid if not that he has a lot to lose once the cat is out of the bag.
