Dan Foster —Veteran broadcaster dies from Covid-19

Popular Nigerian-based American radio personality, Dan Foster is dead.

According to family sources, Foster died after testing positive to the deadly COVID-19 disease on Tuesday.

Popularly called ‘The Big Dawg,’ Dan Foster, a Nigerian broadcaster and On-Air personality, started his career in the United States of America.

Foster will later relocate to Nigeria with a wealth of experience in broadcasting in the United States.

Back in Nigeria, he worked with numerous radio stations.

He joined Cool FM where he worked from 2000 to 2009.

He will later work with Inspiration FM and City FM.

He also appeared in some Nollywood movies.

Foster also sat as one of the judges in Idols West Africa series in 2007.

He later became a judge at the music talent reality TV show Nigeria’s Got Talent.

He was married with three children.

Dan Foster joins the growing list of celebrities that have fallen to Covid-19 since its advent in Nigeria on February 28, 2020.
