Different factions of the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB] has finally split ways over the recent call for war and violence by its youthful leader, Mr Nnamdi Kanu.
The call for the split came from no other than the lawyer to IPOB, Barrister Emeka Emekesiri, Esq.
In a short memo made available to Elombah.com, Barrister Emekesiri called attention to all pro-Biafra agitators on the need to separate from Nnamdi Kanu.
Reacting to a live interview given by Nnamdi Kanu, he said:
“I have listened to the Nnamdi Kanu’s live interview above.
“He has taken an irrevocable decision to pursue the Biafra Independence by war and violence.
“It is time to separate the two factions of IPOB.
“Those who believe in Nnamdi Kanu’s method should follow him and those who believe in our own due process of legal methodology should follow us.”
In the said interview, Mr Kanu was heard vehemently vowing to achieve Biafra by violence and force haven failed to do that peacefully.
