Obiano Hosts Miral Pharm MD Onyeibor, Consul-Gen To Pakistan Yakasai

The Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Chief Willie Obiano played host to Mr. Onyeka Onyeibor (MD Miral Pharm Ltd), and the National President of Pharmaceutical Society Of Nigeria [PSN] and the consul-General of Pakistan to Nigeria, His Excellency, Pharm. Ahmed I Yakasai, FPSN, FNIM.

Obiano hosted them during a courtesy call to the governor to mark the World Malaria Day and the successful completion of Ravimal Essay Competition.

[Ravimal is an efficient drug that stops malaria.]

After the Ravimal Essay Competition, Pharm Yakasai has this to say:

“Miral Pharm Ltd in partnership with Nnamdi Azikiwe University organised a RAVIMAL ESSAY COMPETITION AWARD ceremony on the 25th April 2017 to mark the World Malaria Day in a grand style motivating the young ones. 

“What a better way of encouraging the youth!

“Thank you Pharm Onyeka Onyeibor, MD, Miral for this foresight. I was extremely happy to be there live. 

“Thank you for inviting me as a Special Guest of Honour and Mentor.”

“The Chairman of Occassion was Chief Chris Oranu Chidume, Group Managing Director of KRISORAL GROUP OF COMPANIES and the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Joseph E Ahaneku as Chief Host ably represented by Prof Pharm. Charles Esimone, DVC, Academics.

“Keynote Address Speaker was Prof Pharm. Ikemefuna Uzochukwu who contributed immensely to the success of the day.

“In addition to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners, 20 consolation prizes were awarded.

“I must thank the VC for hosting this important Programme. However from next year it will be in partnership with Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria as a national Programme and the ceremony will be conducted at National Universities Commission (NUC), Abuja.

“I congratulate the winners of the essay competition and appreciate all those who participated. And all should understand that winning is not in the treasure but in the quest.

Following the event, Obiano hosted them to mark the World Malaria Day and the successful completion of the Essay Competition.
