Victor Oye finally out as Supreme Court serves INEC Enrollment/Enforcement Order & Judgements

Beyond the conjectures and permutations against the Supreme Court Judgement that declared Chief Edozie Njoku the authentic National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA), the Supreme Court in its infinite wisdom has officially served the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) the Enrollment / Enforcement Order and Judgements of the five Justices of the court.

The apex court served INEC the latest corrected version of the judgement of October 14, 2021 in which the name of Ozo Victor Oye was expunged and replaced with that of Chief Edozie Njoku.

The Supreme Court personally served INEC to enable the electoral commission effect change on the leadership of APGA and recognize Chief Njoku as the National Chairman of APGA based on the corrected version of October 14, 2021, judgement.

The copy of the acknowledged PROOF OF SERVICE served on INEC by a senior executive staff of the Supreme Court is attached below.

The Supreme Court bailiff served INEC the judgement on Friday, July 15, 2022.

News Band had, on July 15, reported that the Supreme Court finally affirmed Edozie Njoku as the authentic APGA Chairman deleting Chief Victor Oye’s name in the process.

The report stated that the decision followed a new enrolment order of an earlier judgement issued by five 5 Justices of the apex court same day.

The latest development puts to rest the question of the leadership of the embattled party which legal battle has been going for several years.
