Wanted kidnapper who specialised in abducting women, Achobo Samuel, arrested in Benue

A wanted leader of a gang of kidnappers that specialising in the abduction of women in Benue State, Achobo Samuel, has been arrested.

Achobo Samuel was arrested over the weekend by officers of the Operation Zenda.
