President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Dr. Hakeem Baba Ahmed as his Principal private secretary (PPS).
Dr Hakeem Baba Ahmed was the former interim chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State.
Dr. Baba Ahmed is the Executive Vice Chairman at Qura Mandate Consulting Nigeria.
He was also the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Government of Nigeria 1999 – 2009, a duty that lasted for 10 years.
He was a graduate of University of Sussex, United Kingdom, 1981 – 1986 batch where he read Politics .
