Igboekunnie Progressive Association, a foremost diaspora association that serve as apolitical Igbo Umbrella with office located in Surulere Lagos, have endorsed Mr Peter Obi who is running for the president of Nigeria under the banner of Labour Party.
According to the sociocultural group, Peter Obi is the kind of person Nigeria need to rescue her from the bottomless crevice it crashed into.
The president of the Association, Ichie Kevin Onyema while addressing the press during the endorsement, said with Peter Obi as the President, a real Nigeria will be seen.
Onyema while declaring Peter Obi as the most qualified among other candidates, also noted that it is the turn of the Southeast region to produce the next president.
