Mr Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, has won Governor Nyesom Wike’s Obio Akpor local government area with 80,239 votes.
Labour party presidential candidate, Peter Obi scored 3829 votes while Alhaji Atiku Abubarkar of PDP pulled 368 votes.
The result was announced shortly after the suspended collation resumed in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
The State Collation Officer and Vice Councellor of Federal University Otuoke, Professor Teddy Charles Adias had earlier suspended collation of results after he alleged threat to his life by unknown political party supporters.
