A former presidential spokesman and publisher of Point-blank news, Mr. Ude Jackson, has alleged that Aisha Achimugu, who is currently wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), once dated Godswill Akpabio, Nigeria’s Senate President.

Jackson made the allegations in a post on his official X handle.

He said Akpabio allegedly bought two houses in Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island, Lagos and another one in Maitama, Abuja, under the name of Achimugu.

According to him, Aisha seized the two houses Akpabio paid for and also confiscated millions in cash belonging to the Senate President when they broke up.

Jackson said, “Aisha Achimugu, a side chick of Lagos Governor Jide Sanwo-Olu who has been declared wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, was once a side chick of Senate President Godswill Akpabio, according to insiders familiar with the two ex love birds.

“Akpabio allegedly bought two houses in Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island, Lagos and another one in Maitama, Abuja, using Ms. Achimugu’s.

“Aisha seized the two houses Akpabio paid for and seized millions in cash belonging to the Senate President when they broke up.

“As soon as Achimugu broke up with Akpabio, she found Senator Albert Bassey as her new lover. Her relationship with Senator Bassey did not go down well with Akpabio who made sure the former Senator failed in his ambitions to be Akwa Ibom Governor.

“Akpabio and Senator Bassey have now reconciled.

“When Achimugu dumped Senator Albert, she found a willing Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as a willing love nest. From Sanwo-Olu, Aisha made so much money from the Lagos Governor from where she bought a necklace worth £1million, an equivalent of nearly N2 billion.

“Over 167 bank accounts linked to Aisha with BVN number 22274372289 has been frozen by the EFCC. This is even as U.S authorities are looking for her in what appears to be a case of money laundering.”
