Police in Lagos has arrested Kamoru Ojo for allegedly murdering his 27-year-old daughter, Shakirat Ojo, and secretly burying her within their residence at No. 31 Oshinlemo Street, Afromedia, in the Ojo area of Lagos State.
The unfortunate incident reportedly occurred on March 26, 2025, but was brought to the attention of the Okokomaiko Police Division on April 3, 2025, following a distress call received around 8am.
Upon receiving the report, a team of homicide and crime scene detectives was dispatched to the location.
The scene was thoroughly documented, and Shakirat’s body was exhumed and transported to a public morgue for autopsy.
The suspect, Kamoru Ojo, has been taken into custody as investigations continue to unravel the circumstances surrounding this grievous incident.
