Nigeria has made history by having three of its female athletes qualify for the final of the women’s Long Jump event at the Olympic Games.

Ese Brume, Ruth Usoro, and Prestina Ochonogor have all secured their spots among the top 12 finalists, marking a first for the country.

Ese Brume led the charge with an impressive jump of 6.76m, followed closely by Ruth Usoro with 6.68m, and Prestina Ochonogor with 6.65m.

Their outstanding performances have earned them a place alongside the world’s best athletes in the final.
