A federal high court sitting in Abuja, has sentenced the husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi, Peter Nwachukwu, to death by hanging.
The landmark judgement was delivered by the presiding judge, Justice Njideka Nwosu-Iheme on Monday .
Justice Nwosu-Iheme found him guilty of culpable homicide resulting in the death of his wife on April 8, 2022.
The judge sentenced Nwachukwu to death after the court had held that the prosecution had proven the burden of proof placed on it by the law.
