APGA Tussle: Victor Oye Wins in 2 Courts

The High court sitting in Awka has  delivered a judgment nullifying the purported removal of the National Chairman of APGA , Chief Victor Oye . The court further held that only the National Convention can legally remove the National Chairman.

The court went ahead to declare that Ozonkpu Victor Oye remains the national chairman of APGA and restrained members of the NWC from further usurping the powers of the national chairman. This is coming a few hours after the High Court sitting at Nnewi affirmed same Victor Oye and his executives as the Real National Officers of the Party and restrained Martin Agbaso and his cohorts  from conducting or participating in conduct of APGA Primaries.
