Kogi Election Tribunal ruled against Faleke

The Kogi State Election Tribunal has thrown out the petition filed by the running mate of Late Abubakar Audu, Mr. James Faleke.

The tribunal ruled that Mr. Faleke lacks locus standi to file petition.

Recall that Abubakar Audu/James Faleke contested the Kogi State Election under the platform of the All Progressives Congress [APC].

Mr. Audu, however, died shortly after the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] declared the election inconclusive.
