The former speaker of Abia State House of Assembly and a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji, has again responded to the member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Honourable Obi Aguocha, stressing that the law-maker is an abysmal failure in all ramifications who uses his name to ease his neurotic tension and unclassified political anxiety.
In a terse statement made available to Diaspora Digital Media, Engr. Chinedum said: “Stop lamenting in frustration, cluelessness and hopelessness for truthfully telling you how delusional you have turned yourself in the greener – chamber of the National Assembly instead of facing the assignment of quality legislative service delivery and fruitful representation. It has become too obvious that you consciously like using my name to ease your neurotic tension and unclassified political anxiety.
“I warned you last time when you first started name-dropping me carelessly and unnecessarily to desist. The world knows that you desperately started this shenaniganism because you relish on narcissism and pseudo – elitism as a political opportunist than anchoring your legislative emptiness on merit and competence in the national assembly.
“People are not blind and you cannot fool the people consistently. Party ticket aside, I still maintain that you are an unprecedented failure in all ramifications. Your abysmal failure and delusional representation speak volumes to high heaven.
“I don’t pity you because you lack legislative orientation and knowledge. People of Ikwuano/ Umuahia Federal Constituency are aware that you have a first grade scorecard in incompetence and negative incitement. You similarly have a first grade scorecard in cheap hypocrisy, deceit and sabotage. You also have a first grade poor performance in utter disappointment via service delivery, direct – human capital development and credible empowerment of your constituency.
“I still advise you to focus on your poor delusional representation at the greener – chamber of the National Assembly than throwing unprovoked tantrums at me and stop deceiving yourself with the mantra of Nnamdi Kanu’s incarceration for cheap socio-political emotions, clout-chasing, hypnosis, theatrics and sentiments.
“I will not cease to tell you that your consistent penchant for mischievously denigrating me everywhere is a gross sign of your low self-esteem, cluelessness, delusional persecution and abysmal failure as a federal law – maker who is deeply ineffective in the legislative matters of law-making.
“Can you openly tell the world how many essential and fruitful bill sponsorships you have in your possession or bills signed into law by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu from your seat in the green chamber?
“My past records at the Abia State House of Assembly are profoundly indelible with volumes of visibility and reference. You have no scorecards. 2027 is operation show your scorecard.
“Once again, i challenge you to a public debate moderated by any person of your chosen to account for stewardship of public offices held.
“Let me repeat myself that for the past three years, I have never uttered a word against your stewardship as i feel it is your fundamental right to represent the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal constituency having been affirmed by the court of law which as a law abiding citizen, I have to obey.
“It is not a sin to lose an election but it is a “bigger sin” to be an embodiment of failure at the assignment you presently have.
“Right now, what are you going to say to the people you are representing? Your divisive propaganda is over. Going to the beer parlours and drinking palm wine and eating from same plate are over. Incitement of clannish agenda is over. What actually are the reasons for your poor representation? Why is your focus on a particular candidate? Does it mean that other candidates are not qualified to challenge you? I am an unrepentant apostle of President Tinubu’s mandate and I have no apology for that”, he concluded.
It would be recalled that Hon. Obi Aguocha had consistently stated that he is not afraid to contest against Engr. Chinedum Orji, adding that he defeated him at the polls in the previous election and that he will defeat him again.
While addressing newsmen at his country home on Tuesday last week, Aguocha who sounded assured of securing the Labour Party ticket for a second term at the Federal House of Representatives, dared Chinedum Orji to be ready to engage people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency with records.
In response to such remarks, the former Abia Speaker accused Aguocha of incompetence and delusional representation with abysmal failure at the Federal House of Assembly.
On Tuesday, April 21, Aguocha fired back a response at Orji, accusing him of 8 years failure at the Abia State House of Assembly, adding that Chinedum Orji is a distraction with certainty of not going to secure the 2027 ticket to represent the people of Ikwuano/ Umuahia Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives.
