American R&B singer Chris Brown has pleaded guilty to affray in connection with a confrontation at a London nightclub in 2023.
Brown, 37, entered the guilty plea during a brief hearing at Southwark Crown Court on Friday, which lasted less than five minutes.
His co-defendant, rapper Omololu Akinlolu, 40, who performs under the stage name Hoody Baby, also pleaded guilty to the same offence.
The prosecution subsequently withdrew the assault and grievous bodily harm (GBH) charges previously brought against both men after they denied the allegations. A separate charge against Brown for possessing an offensive weapon was also dropped.
Judge Tony Baumgartner fixed October 26, 2026, for sentencing.
