Amb. Cornel Udofia, president, founder and CEO of Cornel Entertainments Media Consult, has appealed to the executive governor of Akwa Ibom State, Governor Umo Bassey Eno to address the deplorable state of the Ibiaku Uruan Road in Akwa Ibom State.

The public relations mogul, Ambassador Cornel Udofia, recently visited his hometown in Akwa Ibom State, where he expressed dismay over the deplorable condition of the roads.

In a statement signed by the Head of CMC new media department, Ambassador Udofia lamented that the community is plagued by severely dilapidated roads, lack of electricity, and inadequate access to water.

He emphasized that these issues have been persistently neglected despite repeated promises from politicians during election campaigns.

As a concerned citizen of Nigeria, I call on the governor to take swift and decisive action to address the pressing needs of the community. He emphasized the vital importance of fulfilling campaign promises and working tirelessly towards the betterment of the community.

To drive economic growth and improve the lives of citizens, it is imperative that the government prioritizes infrastructure development, with a specific focus on road repairs and maintenance. This will not only enhance the quality of life for residents but also stimulate economic activity, create jobs and increase investment opportunities in the region.

He also pledged his support to Governor Eno, expressing his willingness to collaborate and ensure the transformation of Ibiaku Uruan into a thriving and viable community

Furthermore, Amb. Cornel offered words of wisdom to the youth, cautioning them against involvement in cultism, kidnapping, and other illicit activities that can tarnish their reputation. Instead, he encouraged them to obey their parents, remain focused, and contribute positively to the growth and development of their community and nation.
