VIDEO: Igwe Orizu commissions ICT Center at NAUTH ahead of 60th “Ofala” celebration

Nnewi Town in Anambra State was set agog on Wednesday, December 27, as His Royal Majesty, Igwe Kenneth Orizu III, commissioned an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Center at the permanent site of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital (NAUTH) named after him ahead of his 60th “Ofala” celebration as the sole monarch of the ancient Nnewi Kingdom.

The event was attended by dignitaries from the industrial town, including the first female and former governor of Anambra State, Dame Virgie Etiaba, as well as beyond.

The event was hosted by the Chief Medical Director of NAUTH, Dr. Joseph Ugboaja, who will be honoured with a chieftaincy title by Igwe Orizu during the Ofala festival for the great strides he has achieved while at the helm of affairs of the Teaching Hospital.
