Division at Old Trafford: Manchester United Players revolt against rigid Ten Hag

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is facing a crisis, with many players unhappy under his leadership, reports say.

A group of players have lost faith in Ten Hag after a terrible 1-0 loss to Newcastle on Saturday – United’s 10th defeat this season.

Some players think Ten Hag’s tactics and training don’t make sense. They also don’t like how he has exiled winger Jadon Sancho after a dispute.

“Ten Hag has lost about half the dressing room,” one insider said. “Players are confused and question his rigid style.”

Many feel he trains them too intensely without clear reasons why. Veterans have suggested that Hag needs better management and communications.

But the adamant manager refuses to change his approach and authoritarian nature.

The situation with Sancho particularly frustrates players. After lashing out at the club on social media, he hasn’t played since August. Ten Hag forced him to train alone and eat separately as punishment after he refused to apologise.

With United struggling in 14th place, tensions are reaching a boiling point. More players are upset with ten Hag as losses pile up.

Now the stern manager faces his biggest challenge yet – regaining the trust and control of the disillusioned squad. Without urgent improvements, ten Hag’s regime could crumble from within.
