Coalition: Sirika denies dumping APC, blasts Wike, Onanuga

Former Minister of Aviation Hadi Sirika has denied reports that he has left the All Progressives Congress (APC) to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC) opposition coalition.

In a statement, Sirika reaffirmed his loyalty to the APC and former President Muhammadu Buhari.

Sirika dismissed claims that he had joined the ADC coalition, describing them as false.

He criticized Minister of FCT Nyesom Wike and Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga for linking him to the coalition, urging the public to disregard their statements.

The statement reads: “I am a founding member of the APC; I gave it its name. I have no plans to leave it.”

Sirika urged APC members to ignore reports of his alleged defection, describing them as “pedestrian”.
