(DDM) — The Kwara State Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, Hon. Comrade Ibraheem Alfa Abdulrasheed Gbagba, has publicly declared unwavering support for Peter Obi’s “One Team” governance approach if elected into office.

In a statement shared on social media, the coordinator affirmed that the Obidient Movement in Kwara State is fully aligned with Obi’s vision of inclusive and collaborative leadership.

He described Peter Obi as a trustworthy, honest, and principled leader who does not make empty promises.

“We believe Peter Obi is an honest person, trustworthy, good, and a true leader,” Gbagba said.

He further noted that Obi has consistently demonstrated deep knowledge of governance and has the practical experience needed to steer Nigeria toward a brighter future.

According to the Kwara Obidient Coordinator, the “One Team” idea symbolizes unity, shared responsibility, and a break from the divisive politics that has long plagued the nation.

He urged Nigerians to rally behind Obi’s vision for a more united and transparent administration.

“We encourage everyone to support Obi in this endeavor for the betterment of our community and nation,” the statement concluded.

The “One Team” promise has become a key talking point in Peter Obi’s renewed political outreach, aimed at building consensus and eliminating sectionalism in government appointments and national policy execution.

DDM gathered that many Obidient Movement chapters across Nigeria have echoed similar sentiments, calling on citizens to look beyond partisan lines and embrace leadership that values integrity and inclusion.

As the political season intensifies ahead of 2027, Peter Obi’s commitment to team-oriented governance continues to resonate with a wide range of grassroots supporters and political observers.
