Abia North: Excellence is Senator Kalu’s trademark in representation – Spokesman

The spokesperson of the Orji Uzor Kalu Campaign Organization, Comrade Sunny Idika has said that the Chief Whip of the Senate, Orji Uzor Kalu is rated in the class of Sardauna of Sokoto, Ahmadu Bello, Tafawa Balewa, Aminu Kano and other prominent leaders of the country.

He expressed satisfaction with the performance of Kalu, who is the Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, noting that the people of the zone were proud of Kalu’s representation.

Speaking on ABN TV’s Political Perspective, Idika said while Kalu was governor, students in Abia State enjoyed free education as well as free health care services, a feat he claim Kalu has replicated as a Senator.

Idika while adding that Abia North has been turned a construction site, he said over 50 roads are currently being remodelled while others have been completed.

He said none of the local governments have been left out in Sen. Kalu’s efforts to transform the Senatorial District.

He further said apart from the area of infrastructure, the former governor has sponsored over 50 bills to his credit as a National Assembly member as well as 25 motions.

According to him, there is a bill sponsored by Sen. Kalu seeking to establish University of Biomedical Sciences in Bende and the conversion of Abia state college of Education Arochukwu to a University of Education. These he said if passed into law will enhance the living standards of the people of Abia North.

He therefore appealed to the people of the Senatorial District to support Sen. Kalu to return to the Senate in 2023 to continue the good works he has embarked upon on behalf of the district.
