ABEOKUTA, Nigeria — Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun has vowed to intensify the fight against kidnapping and other violent crimes following the successful rescue of seven abducted students, declaring that criminals will have no hiding place in the state.
The governor commended security agencies for their coordinated efforts that led to the safe rescue of the students, describing the operation as a demonstration of the state’s commitment to protecting lives and property.
