Blue Cards In Football Is Being Considered

According to the article, blue cards will be used as part of a sin-bin trial to send players off the field for ten minutes for dissent or cynical fouls, which are transgressions that stop a potential attack.
What are football blue cards that are taken into consideration?
Football’s governing body, IFAB, is about to introduce blue cards as a means of punishing players for disobedience and petty infractions.
The International Football Association Board (IFAB), which creates laws for football, will try players who have been singed and those who have been given blue cards. Unlike the yellow and red cards that were introduced at the 1970 FIFA World Cup in Mexico, this warning system is distinct.
Sin-bins have been used in football at the grassroots level to suppress dissent, but they might be employed at higher levels to stop cynical fouls, such as when a player drags down a rival to thwart a counterattack.
“Any such trials, if implemented, should be limited to testing in a responsible manner at lower levels,” the brief statement continued. “FIFA plans to reiterate this position when this agenda item is discussed at the IFAB AGM on March 2,” it stated.
