The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar failed to deleiver his pooling unit as President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress defeated him
Atiku polled 167 while Buhari recorded 186 at 012 polling unit, Ajiya Ward in Yola where Atiku voted.

Ita Enang wins Polling Unit for Buhari, Ors
In another development, the Director General of All Progressives Congress campaigns Council and Adviser to the President on National Assembly Matters, Senator Ita has won his Polling Unit 012, Eastern Ibiono Ward 2, in Ibiono Ibom Local Government Area for President Muhammadu Buhari, Rt Hon. Bassey Etim and Bar Edet Ikotidem.
In the poll results announced at the polling unit, APC polled 131 votes as against 5 polled by the PDP.
In the Senatorial election, APC scored 131 votes to defeat PDP, which polled 5 votes.
In the House of Representatives election, APC got 131 votes while PDP scored 05 votes.
