Breaking! Court confirms Martin Agbaso as APGA National Chairman

An Enugu High Court have given an order of Mandamus compelling the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] to abide by the decision of party in recognizing Chief Martin Agbaso as the National Chairman of APGA. 

The court also issued an order restraining INEC from recognizing any other person as National Chairman of APGA except Chief Martin Agbaso. 

The court went further to compel the Nigerian Police Force to comply with the decision of the party.
