The Federal High Court sitting in Kano on Monday nullified the candidacy of Abba Yusuf of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kano state over failure to conduct primaries election.
Abba Yusuf is an anointed candidate of former governor of Kano state, Rabiu Kwankwaso who contested of Presidential primaries in PDP.
The Court hinged his decision to nullified the candidacy of Abba Yusuf over failure to conduct primaries election in the state.
The Court however ruled in favour of Alhaji Ibrahim Al-Amin Little.
