BREAKING: Liverpool secure agreement with Amorim for managerial job

Sky Sports Germany has reported on Tuesday that Sporting Lisbon manager Ruben Amorim has reached a verbal agreement in principle with Liverpool.

Liverpool is offering the young manager, 39, a three year contract.

Financial terms are almost agreed, DDM understands.

Rúben Filipe Marques Amorim, born 27 January 1985, is a Portuguese professional football manager and former player who is the current manager of Primeira Liga club Sporting CP.
