Ghanian Chef, Smith, Sets New Guinness World Record For Longest Cooking Marathon

Chef Smith from Ghana has been declared the new Guinness World Record holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
The Ghanaian chef cooked for an astonishing 802 hours and 25 minutes, shattering the previous record held by Irishman Alan Fisher.
The cooking marathon which was monitored by Diaspora Digital Media began on February 1, 2024, and ended on March 6, 2024, with Chef Smith preparing a wide variety of dishes during this time.
The feat was witnessed by official Guinness World Records adjudicators, who presented Chef Smith with his certificate on July 2, 2024.
