Dating is not employment, Reno blasts Nigerian ladies

Reno Omokri was the Special Assistant on New Media to former President Goodluck Jonathan

A former media aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan has taken a serious swipe on Nigerian ladies, adding that dating shouldn’t be a means of employment for them.

Reno was reacting to an accusation leveled against him by some Nigerian ladies who said he is teaching Nigerian men on how to be rebellious.

Recall that the fiery US based pastor has been making series of posts on his verified Facebook page, admonishing young bachelors not to spend any money on a woman he is not yet married to. Reno’s messages seems to have infuriated a lot of young ladies who sees his teachings very awkward and economically bad.

However, Reno Omokri in another controversial message said: “Dear women,

“Dating is not employment. You should not be maintained by a man you date. If you are broke, get a job, not a boyfriend. If you say ‘love is caring’, why must it be your boyfriend that must care financially for you?

“If you really believe that, why can’t you financially care fit him too? Do you hate him? Stop these Jezebelic manipulations. You can imagine these women went on TV to lambast me for teaching men to be “rebellious” (their actual words).

“These are the type of women that influenced Adam to disobey God simply because they want to eat apples they did not plant”
