He described selfless service as a vital quality for Nigerian youths, encouraging them to serve the nation diligently.
Furthermore, he urged Corps Members to integrate into their communities and respect local cultures.
Appreciating Nigeria’s rich and diverse heritage is crucial for promoting unity and ensuring progress throughout the country.

Nafiu’s message resonated with the Corps Members, inspiring them to contribute actively to Nigeria’s advancement and development.
Ultimately, the NYSC DG called on Corps Members to demonstrate patriotism and diligence in their duties.

Brigadier General Nafiu emphasized the importance of active participation, a sentiment echoed by Lagos State NYSC Coordinator Christianah Salmwang.
She highlighted that all 3,212 registered participants, including 1,250 males and 1,960 females, integrated effectively into various camp committees.
Moreover, Salmwang provided updates on Corps Members’ redistribution, revealing that 7,887 were deployed across Lagos and neighboring states.
