The Federal Government has published the names of 20 content creators selected to support nationwide public education on Nigeria’s ongoing tax reforms.
The announcement was issued by the Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms Committee and shared on Thursday by its chairman, Taiwo Oyedele, via X (formerly Twitter).
According to the committee, the creators emerged from a pool of 8,591 nominations covering more than 200 digital creators across the country.
The list, titled “Top 20 Content Creators for Tax Reform Education,” is part of a broader effort to strengthen public understanding of new tax laws and dispel misinformation.
The committee explained that the selected creators will undergo a special training programme tailored to improve their grasp of Nigeria’s updated tax policies.
The goal is to equip them with the knowledge needed to communicate clearer, more accurate, and balanced information to their audiences across social media platforms.
Nigerians were also encouraged to tag any creator included in the top 20 list and urge them to confirm their participation by filling out an acceptance form.
The deadline for submission is Monday, December 8, 2025.
The statement also invited the public to share comments on their preferred training focus areas and key issues they want addressed.
According to Mr. Oyedele, the creators were ranked by the size of their online followership across major platforms. The selected content creators are:
