Tier-one lender, Fidelity Bank Plc, has announced the opening of three new branches across Nigeria, reinforcing its commitment to expanding financial access and deepening its presence in underserved and high-growth communities.

The newly launched branches are located at 23 Lawanson Road, Surulere, Lagos State; opposite the Police Station in Kamba, Kebbi State; and Block C, Tyland Mall 2, Timber & Allied Market, Naze, Owerri-North, Imo State.

All three locations have commenced operations following regulatory approval.

Speaking on the expansion, Dr. Meksley Nwagboh, Divisional Head, Brand and Communications at Fidelity Bank, said:

“We are excited to bring our banking services closer to our customers in Surulere, Kamba, and Owerri North.

“These branches are part of our wider strategy to drive financial inclusion, stimulate local economies, and provide an exceptional banking experience through a blend of physical presence and digital innovation.”

Fidelity Bank continues to strengthen its national presence by combining digital transformation with brick-and-mortar outreach.

The new branches are fully equipped with modern facilities and staffed by experienced professionals ready to meet the diverse needs of retail, SME, and commercial clients.

Customers in these areas can now enjoy a full suite of Fidelity Bank’s offerings — including personal and business accounts, loans, digital banking services, and financial advisory support.

Dr. Nwagboh also encouraged customers to utilize the bank’s robust e-banking channels, stating:

“We urge our customers to take advantage of our convenient digital platforms — including USSD 770#, the Fidelity Mobile App, internet banking, ATMs, and debit cards.

“We also want to remind them of the availability of Area Konnect, our agent banking network, to help them complete transactions within their communities.”
