A woman who previously worked at a boutique owned by Odogwu Asaba has reacted to renewed attention following his recent legal troubles.
In a statement circulating online, she recalled how she was criticized when she first shared her experience working with him, with many accusing her of being ungrateful and disrespectful.
“When I came out earlier to speak about what Odogwu Asaba did to me, many people on social media called me ungrateful and said I had no respect,” she said.
Her comments have resurfaced after reports of Odogwu Asaba’s arrest over serious allegations involving a young woman, which have since sparked widespread outrage and debate online.
The former employee’s response appears to address those now revisiting her past claims, as discussions intensify across social media about accountability, workplace experiences, and the tendency to dismiss early warnings.
While reactions remain divided, the situation has reignited conversations about believing victims, responsible reporting, and the broader implications of such allegations.
