Group Donates Materials To Adamawa Pregnant Women

In order to support Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow, in meeting the yearnings of his  people, a group under the auspices of Bindow Economy for Social Transformation (BEST) Agenda, has on Saturday visited Fofure and Girei Local Governments Primary Health care and donated hundreds of delivery kits to pregnant women.

The leader of the group, Alhaji Ahmed Lawal told the women that this is a gesture, deliberately intended to support the Governor, Bindow. Who is working hard to ensure everybody in the state has access to good healthcare facilities.

“This great group is to panacea peace, through this support, to all Adamawa state women and support Governor Bindow in leveraging the suffering of pregnant women in the state “.He said

Lawal call on the women to understand  that the Governor is having a special attention to all women in the state and he needs their motherly support.

Also the Chairman of Adamawa state primary Health care, Dr Abdullahi Belel who praised the idea of this agenda as a wonderful initiative coming from a brilliant group of people to the group.

He educated the women on the many benefits of using the delivery kids and advised Midwifery and Nurses working in those hospitals to carefully use this materials, to avoid the new born babies from contacting other sicknesses.

One of the beneficiaries, Ummi  Aliyu appreciate the leaders of BEST agenda, for coming to their rescue in most needful time.
