Barr. Imo E. Akpan Honourable Federal Commissioner representing Akwa Ibom State in the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), Abuja, has sent his heartfelt congratulations to Her Excellency, Dr. Ekaette-Unoma Godswill Akpabio on the conferment of a Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) in Educational Planning and Administration by the University of Calabar.

The Commissioner, in a personally signed congratulatory message, acknowledged the recognition as a testament to her unwavering commitment to education, leadership, and the empowerment of future generations.

“This prestigious recognition is a testament to your unwavering commitment to education, leadership, and the empowerment of future generations. Your contributions to national development, particularly in uplifting the lives of women and children, continue to inspire many,” part of his statement read.

He prayed that the recognition propels Dr. Mrs. Akpabio to “greater heights in service to humanity.”
