I feel sorry for men with one wife — Ned Nwoko

Senator Ned Nwoko has sparked controversy by saying he feels sorry for men with only one wife, citing polygamy as a source of stability and balance in marriage.

He made this statement on Channels Television’s Politics Today, comparing having one wife to standing on one leg, saying it’s difficult to maintain balance.

Nwoko, who married four wives, defended his marital choices, referencing the Old Testament’s endorsement of polygamy.

He expressed no regrets, stating: “You should marry who you want to marry”. The senator also denied allegations of domestic violence involving his wife, Regina Daniels, claiming they’re false.
