LAGOS, Nigeria — Veteran television host Frank Edoho has declined to offer marriage advice to newlyweds Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Jarvis, saying his personal experiences do not qualify him to advise the couple on how to build their marriage.
