In a bold declaration ahead of the 2027 general elections, Dr. Ugorji Okechukwu Ugorji has announced his readiness to vie for any available political position in Imo State.

Dr. Ugorji made the remarks during an interview with Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) over the weekend.

Speaking with confidence and determination, he emphasized his commitment to good governance, community development, and responsive leadership.

Dr. Ugorji’s statement signals a strong intention to contribute meaningfully to the political landscape and respond to the call for credible, visionary leaders in the state.

Ugorji, it could be recalled, is the former Imo State Commissioner for Homeland Security and Vigilante Affairs.
