Hamas militants kill Israeli male hostage, injured two female hostages in Gaza

Israeli forces have fully withdrawn from the Netzarim Corridor in Gaza, this move fulfills a major condition of the ceasefire agreementIsraeli forces have fully withdrawn from the NetzHamasarim Corridor in Gaza. reached with  last month.

It had been under Israeli military control, providing strategic oversight and restricting movement.

Diaspora digital media (DDM) revailed that its clearance marks a significant step in the ongoing truce between Israel and Hamas.

Hamas considers the withdrawal a victory against Israel’s military objectives in the region.

A Hamas representative confirmed that Israeli forces dismantled military outposts and removed tanks from the Netzarim Corridor.

The retreat has now allowed vehicles to move freely in both directions along Salaheddin Road.

Hamas claims that Israel’s departure from the corridor signifies another failure in the “extermination war” against Palestinians.

The group emphasized that displaced Palestinians are now returning to their homes.

Hamas believes the continued prisoner exchanges contradict Netanyahu’s claims of victory in the conflict.

They argue that the withdrawal proves Israel has not achieved its goals in Gaza.

Hamas remains firm in its stance that Gaza will remain under Palestinian control.

They reject any future Israeli military presence in the enclave.

The Israeli withdrawal occurred a day after the latest prisoner exchange between Hamas and Israel.

Hamas released three Israeli captives in return for 183 Palestinian detainees held in Israeli prisons.

The freed Israeli hostages were Ohad Ben Ami, Eli Sharabi, and Or Levy.

These hostages had been taken during Hamas’s attack on October 7.

This marked the fifth such exchange since the ceasefire agreement began.

Al Jazeera’s Hani Mahmoud reported that the withdrawal has raised hopes for improved movement in Gaza.

Israeli military presence had previously restricted transportation and the flow of humanitarian aid.

With troops gone, aid trucks and civilian vehicles can now move more freely.

Hamas issued a statement reiterating its position on the ongoing struggle.

They declared, “Gaza will remain a land liberated by the hands of its people and its fighters.”

The group insists that Gaza must remain free from occupation and external forces.

Despite progress, uncertainty remains over the next phases of the ceasefire agreement.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has expressed hesitation regarding a full military withdrawal from Gaza.

Discussions on the release of remaining hostages are still ongoing.

Hamas insists that Israel must comply with all terms of the truce.

They demand a complete military pullout and continued prisoner exchanges.

Israeli officials remain cautious, citing security concerns and Hamas’s potential resurgence.

Both sides hold strong positions, making long-term peace uncertain.

Hamas sees the withdrawal as a step toward victory.

Israel continues to evaluate its military strategy in Gaza.

The truce has temporarily relieved residents but has not resolved the broader conflict.

Key issues such as border control, governance, and security remain contentious.

Future negotiations will determine whether peace holds or tensions reignite.

For now, Israel’s withdrawal from the Netz

arim Corridor remains a strategic development in the Hamas-Israel conflict.
