The Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawelle, has accused the watch-guard and gate-man of the Girls Secondary School in Jangede, Zamfara State, of complicity of the school girls’ abduction, adding that the APC members in the State were jubilating and celebrating the abduction of the girls. He stated that the APC youth leader should be investigated.

He promised that other conspirators will soon be revealed for investigation.

Governor Matawelle urged the Federal Government to invite him for more intelligence and crucial information regarding the abduction and to stem banditry in Zamfara State.

The PDP governor who spoke on “Channels television Wednesday Politics @7pm”, happily accepted the “No Fly Zone” declaration of the Federal Government in the State but decried that the declaration should also be extended to Kastina, Niger and other Northern States where abductions and banditry are prevalent.

He emphasized that the girls were released through the use of the repentant bandits without ransom.
