Another Labour Party lawmaker, Honourable Destiny Nwagwu, member representing Aba north in Abia State House of Assembly, has been sacked by the appeal court sitting in Lagos State.
Following his sack, the court subsequently declared Aaron Uzodike of the Peoples Democratic Party as the winner of the March 18th election.
The panel in it’s judgement ruled that Honourable Destiny Nwagwu could not prove that he was a member of Labour Party before the election.
Also, the three-man appeal panel held that Destiny Nwagwu was illegally nominated and was not qualified to contest the election.
