“Six months ago, President Tinubu entrusted me with the solemn responsibility of steering Rivers State through an extraordinary moment in its history. Today, I can say with conviction that, by the grace of God and our collective effort, the mandate has been accomplished,” he said.

He highlighted key achievements, including restoring law and order, conducting local government elections, reconstituting statutory boards and commissions, and passing the state budget through the National Assembly.

Ibas cautioned against the dangers of unrestrained power and political rivalry, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and collaboration in sustaining democracy.
