JUST IN: Tribunal sacks Rep member, Ugochinyere

Comrade Ugochinyere Ikeagwuonu, Honorable member representing Ideato North and South Federal Constituency in Imo State under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party—PDP, has been sacked by election petition tribunal.

The election petition tribunal sitting in Mararaba High Court in a landmark judgement declared that the Peoples Democratic Party—PDP, has no candidate for the election as primaries was never conducted in the federal constituency.

Also, tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission—INEC, to conduct rerun election in 4 wards between APC and LP candidates.
