KWSUBEB establishes desk,WhatsApp number,mailing address for seamless KWSRRA registration,salary complaints

Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board has established a desk specifically designed to help teachers resolve whatever issues they have in their KWSRRA registration and November salary.

The desk,to be manned by a senior officer,will relate directly with KWSRRA on behalf of the teachers who have any challenges with their registration and salary payment.

“The desk is a fusion of digital and physical interactions.
Any teacher who has any issue is enjoined to send their details such as full names,PSN number,phone number,and KWSRRA code in EXCEL SHEET format to the SUBEB HQ,designated WhatsApp platform,or email address managed by the Desk.
The WhatsApp number for the desk is: 08032738964.
The same may also be sent to abdulhakeemayuba@gmail.com.

“Education Secretaries and NUT leadership across the 16 LGAs are also enjoined to compile and submit the list of complaints to the platform before the week runs out,”the statement said.

“The phone number will not entertain any calls.
Complainants are cautioned against calling the phone number.

“Teachers and other SUBEB workers with related complaints should simply send their details to the phone number,and the same will be addressed by the desk, which is working closely with KWSRRA.”
