Protesters clamouring for the release of the Radio Biafra director and leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB], Nnamdi Kanu, on Monday besieged the Abuja Magistrate Court where he was arraigned.

Reports from eye-witnesses say that the embattled director of Radio Biafra was finally arraigned and the case was granted hearing.

A supporter, Kingsley Nnaji, while commenting on the developments said, “Finally, director is here standing before the IPOB.
“As the zoo police refuse to let us inside, we must be resolute and waiting to go home with our director.
“All hail Biafra!”
