Mr. Oseloka H. Obaze, the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] governorship candidate for the Anambra 2017 governorship election has hailed the emergence of Chief Dr. Patrick Sule Ugboma as the consensus leader of Anambra North Grass Root Political Forum (ANGROPF).

Mr Obaze literarily “gatecrashed” the meeting of ANGROPF in Ossomalla, where Chief Sule Ugboma emerged the leader of the Forum to jubilant reception by the crowd.

He therein called on Anambra North people to demand robust development of human capital and affordable, qualitative education, reduction of youth unemployment in Anambra 

Speaking, at the event, the former United Nations diplomat whose mother hailed from Ossomalla, congratulated Chief Ugboma for accepting to lead the people of Anambra North in making the right political choices going forward. 

He urged all grassroots politicians to focus on and support those who will deliver good governors and basic services to their respective communities.

Obaze underscored the need for robust development of human capital, affordable and qualitative education, and reducing youth unemployment in Anambra. 

The well attended event attracted grassroots politicians from across party lines from the seven local governments in the zone. 

Anambra North Grass Root Political Forum (ANGROPF) issued an introspective communiqué at the end of the meeting, which was attended by over 2000 political activists from the seven local government.
