Embattled Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has joined Turkish giants Galatasaray on a loan deal from Napoli.

Diaspora Digital Media understands that the necessary agreement has been finalized, and all documents have been approved, with Osimhen set to travel to Istanbul with his agent tonight.

The loan move is valid until June 2025, with Galatasaray covering a salary of €9-10 million.

There is no buy option or obligation for the Turkish club.

Osimhen, who can sign a new deal at Napoli until 2027, will also see his release clause reduced from €130 million to €75 million.

The arrival of Osimhen at Galatasaray is a significant coup for the Turkish club, who are seeking to bolster their attack for the second half of the season.

The move comes barely days after the red-hot striker failed to secure a move to Chelsea, or Al Ahli of Saudi Arabia.

His relationship with parent club has since broken down.
