Otulu massacre: MASSOB blasts Gov Uzodinma, says he’s wicked, serial liar

The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) has lambasted Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State over the recent massacre in Otulu Town by Ebubeagu security outfit militants.

MASSOB took a swipe at the governor in a press release issued on Tuesday, signed by the leader of MASSOB, Comrade Uchenna Madu, and made available to News Band.

MASSOB branded Governor Uzodinma ‘a serial and pathological liar and deceiver over his open and shameless defence of the Ebubeagu security outfit that killed innocent and defenceless youths from Otulu town’.

Comrade Madu stated that Uzodinma has, for the umpteenth time, disappointed Ndigbo and Imo state in particular by declaring the murdered innocent and defenceless youths from Otulu as bandits and unknown gunmen.

He said: “It is disheartening that Gov Hope Uzodinma will descend so low without conscience and atom of God’s fear in defending his blood sucking dogs.”

MASSOB insisted that the murdered youths from Otulu were innocent and defenceless youths and not criminal bandits or members of the dreaded Unknown Gunmen.

“They are not involved in any criminal activities. They are responsible young men doing apprentice work in Otulu.

“Ndigbo will never forget this atrocious murdering of innocent and defenceless youths from Otulu town.

“Gov Hope Uzodinma will dearly pay for his insensitivity and wickedness to Ndigbo.

“No amount of propaganda or twisting of the truth will ever save Gov Hope Uzodinma of Imo state because nobody will believe his cook up stories,” he added.

News Band had reported on July 21 how a survivor of the killing at Awo Omamma in Oru East Local Government Area of Imo State, Nnamdi Nnanna, narrated how operatives of the reportedly state-owned Ebubeagu shot seven of his brothers dead in his presence.
